Order Processing & Manufacturing Disclaimer
All vinyl wall murals, vehicle wraps, and storefront graphics ordered from Ecogm are custom-printed to your exact specifications, dimensions, and artwork choices. Because every item is produced on demand, all sales are final once production begins. By completing a purchase on our site, you acknowledge and agree to our manufacturing policy.
Cancellations & Defective Items
You may request a full cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order, provided production has not started. Once an order enters printing, it cannot be canceled or refunded. If your shipment arrives damaged or with a clear manufacturing defect, email photos to support@eco-gm.com within 7 days of delivery for a free priority replacement.
Exclusions & Resolution Process
Refunds or exchanges are not provided for customer sizing/measurement errors, low-resolution uploaded artwork, minor digital-to-print color variances, or DIY installation damage. If a verified manufacturing defect cannot be resolved through a reprint, a full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method.
